Wine-making
and elaboration : manual harvest in crates. Yield and pressing
strictly limited. Elaborated according to the Champagne method,
the appellation Crémant de Bourgogne is awarded only after a compulsory
tasting organized by the INAO ( National Institute for the Appellations
d'Origine ).
Our
selected cuvees will guarantee you the best qualities.
These
wines can be drunk young and you can store them easily during
four to five years. White or Rosé, they require to be served at
6 to 8°C in an ice-bucket.
Festive
wines, they will be appreciated as aperitif or will be served
all along the lunch.
As
aperitif, they can also be combined with a black-currant cream
of Dijon or a blackberry cream.
