History of Chablis


 

Crémants de Bourgogne
Wine varieties : Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté.


Wine-making and elaboration : manual harvest in crates. Yield and pressing strictly limited. Elaborated according to the Champagne method, the appellation Crémant de Bourgogne is awarded only after a compulsory tasting organized by the INAO ( National Institute for the Appellations d'Origine ).

Our selected cuvees will guarantee you the best qualities.

These wines can be drunk young and you can store them easily during four to five years. White or Rosé, they require to be served at 6 to 8°C in an ice-bucket.

Festive wines, they will be appreciated as aperitif or will be served all along the lunch.

As aperitif, they can also be combined with a black-currant cream of Dijon or a blackberry cream.

 

 

Blanc de Blancs
Méthode Traditionnelle
Vin Mousseux de Qualité

Grapes : 50% Chenin, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Colombard et 10% Jacquère.
Elaboration : Traditional method. Maturation of 24 month minimum.
Tasting notes : Bulles délicates, nez franc et floral. Vin frais et élégant aux arômes de pain grillé. Bouche ample aux notes de fruits et d'épices.
