COTES
DE BEAUNE
They
extend over nineteen villages that produce wines with different
characteristics. We have selected a generic appellation there
: the Côte de Beaune Village and some local A.O.C Volnay, Aloxe-Corton,
Pommard offering a range of features.
The
Volnay is a supple, distinguished, fine and elegant wine.
The
Aloxe-Corton is a firm, powerful wine with a dominance of tannin.
The
Pommard : its chalky subsoil, quite clayey endows it with original
qualities : a deep red black colour, an intense nose of blackcurrant
and musk with a pronounced acidity during its youth.
COTES
DE NUITS
Our
selection offers three local A.O.C : Gevrey Chambertin, Vosne
Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges |
