History of Chablis

Stemming from the white wine varieties among the noblest ones,
these are very nice wines with character.

CHARDONNAY Vin de Pays

Its wine variety brings elegance, fineness and distinction.

Its soil gives it its richness, freshness and aromas.

It is a glorious wine to taste with friends and to serve fresh at 10-12°C with a dozen oysters or delicatessen ( Parma ham, sausage...)

SAUVIGNON Vin du Pays du Jardin de France

Its wine yariety gives it a nose full of aromas. The beautiful soil of Val de Loire makes it into a dry, fresh and lively wine which must be drunk young at a temperature of 10°C.

This nice wine can be tasted as aperitif and will go with your hors-d'oeuvres, cold entrées and delicatessen (Parma ham, sausage...).

The roundness and the fruit of the Merlot grape is very well balanced with the beautiful structure of the Cabernet grape. This very famous blend makes a lovely wine, fruity and supple in mouth. To serve at 14°C with charcuteries, red meats and cheeses.
