are very nice wines with character.
CHARDONNAY
Vin de Pays d'Oc
Its
wine variety brings elegance, fineness and distinction.
Its
soil gives it its richness, freshness and aromas.
It
is a glorious wine to taste with friends and to serve fresh
at 10-12°C with a dozen oysters or delicatessen ( Parma ham,
sausage...)

SAUVIGNON
Vin du Pays du Val de Loire
Its
wine yariety gives it a nose full of aromas. The beautiful soil of
Val de Loire makes it into a dry, fresh and lively wine which must
be drunk young at a temperature of 10°C.
This
nice wine can be tasted as aperitif and will go with your hors-d'oeuvres,
cold entrées and delicatessen (Parma ham, sausage...).

MUSCAT
Vin de Pays d'Oc
Location : south of France / Languedoc
Soil : argilo-calcaire foothills of the Massif de la Gardiole
Grape : 100 % Muscat
Average yield : 25 hl per hectar / manual harvest
Tasting : pale yellow color with green glints. Intense nose of flowers. Fruity mouth, fresh and well-balanced. To taste at 10°.

MERLOT-CABERNET
Vin de Pays d'Oc
The
roundness and the fruit of the Merlot grape is very well balanced
with the beautiful structure of the Cabernet grape. This very
famous blend makes a lovely wine, fruity and supple in mouth.
To serve at 14°C with charcuteries, red meats and cheeses.
