SAINT-BRIS
Grape
: Sauvignon.
Its nose very exuberant
is characterized by a smell of crushed blackcurrent leaf and
is dominated by aromas of exotic fruits freshly cut herbs or
pepper according to the years.
It is a fresh and very fruity
wine with a good aromatic persistency.
A wine to taste preferably
from its earliest youth.

BOURGOGNE
BLANC
Grape
: Chardonnay.
This Bourgogne Blanc expresses
all the fineness and charm of its wine type grown on the hillsides
of Yonne : beautiful golden yellow colour, an elegant and complex
nose in which aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers mix with a
touch of vanilla. Its flavours countrebalance each other harmoniously
with a good persistence.
A wine to taste at a temperature
of 10-12°C within the two or three years following the harvest, and
served with a pie, a pâté, ham cooked in a sauce or grilled fish...
