Grand Cru

They are the big Lords of our appellation, containing 7 (Les Clos, Vaudésir, Valmur, Blanchot, les Preuses, Grenouille, Bougros), all grouped together in the same well limited geographical area. Rich and generous, harmonious and long, they need to be “expected” for 3 or 4 years in order to give us their greatness. They will age 10 years for good vintages and 15 years for great vintages. At a temperature of 12°C to 14°C they pair extremely well with fine foods: lobster, turbot, … Dare to try a Grand Cru of 15 years with a foie gras!
