Traditional method. Bottled after fermentation in vats. Rest on slats for 9 months.

Tasting  notes

Bright, pale yellow colour. On the nose, fruity aromas of great finesse. Elegant and persistent on the palate.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a meal, especially a dessert for semi-dry (fine tart, pastry).
