100% de-stemming; pre-fermentation maceration; pumping over and punching of the cap; vatting time 7 to 8 days; aging in stainless steel tanks.

 

Tasting notes

Shiny ruby colour. Complex nose marked by powerful aromas of red fruits and undergrowth with fine animal notes. An easy-drinking wine, the result of a refined blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay grape varieties.
