Tasting notes

Light red colour, typical of Pinot Noir. Nose with a basket of small red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry). In the mouth, we find a beautiful fruity awakening and an intense structure.

Food & Wine Pairing

Red Burgundies have an elegant and fine personality, their structure is fluid and light in the mouth. They are therefore associated with rather delicate and moderately aromatic dishes. Grilled meat, mature cheeses.
