Traditional fermentation in open vats, 100% malolactic fermentation

Tasting notes

Ruby robe. Rich and intense nose with powerful red fruit aromas evolving towards spicy nuances. Round, fresh and light on the palate, this Côtes du Rhône is well-balanced. One finds liquorice aromas to which are added fine floral notes of violet.
