Vinification

Separate vinification of the two grape varieties because they do not each optimal maturity at the same time. Fermentation then maceration for three weeks with daily pumping over and temperature control. Aging for 8 month in vats, filtration before bottling.

 

Tasting notes

Purple colour. powerful and intense nose with spicy notes and red fruit aromas. The roundness and the fruit of the Merlot grape variety combined with the beautiful structure of the Cabernet grape variety offers a well-balanced, fruity and very pleasant wine on the palate.
