Vinification

Extraction of juices by direct pressing (pneumatic press). Static settling by cold, control of fermentation temperatures (14 to 16°). Maturing on fine lees.

Tasting notes

Bright yellow colour, expressive nose with aromas of exotic fruits and lychees. In the mouth, frank and refreshing, it gives the impression of biting into a fruit. Very fine.
