Petit Chablis

Petit Chablis

Harvested on the heights of the Chablisien, it is a frank and very fresh wine, to be drunk young (one to four years) at a temperature of 10°. You will serve it as an aperitif, with a dish of charcuterie, or with shellfish.

The Portlandian terroirs are located at the top of the hill or on the beginning of the plateau. Limestone soils or sometimes silty and sandy soils. Mainly between 230 and 280 meters above the sea level, with various exposures.

Tasting notes

Golden dress. Fine and intense nose with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral bachkground (flint, gunflint). And also peach and white fruits. Balanced, lively and light on the palate with a good attack that continues with a pleasant roundness.
