Produced in the languedoc-Roussillon region. Wrapped in a Mediterranean climate, the vine flourishes in this arid land caressed by the winds. Clay and limestone soils.

Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and then placed in stainless steel vats to give way to alcoholic fermentation at a temperature between 23 and 28°. Daily pumping over is carried out for a better extraction of colour and aromas.
Tasting notes
Ruby colour, spicy nose. Beautiful structure offering aromas of black fruits that give it elegant roundness on the palate and subtle tannins.
