Vinification

The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the aromatic freshness. Pressing followed by vinification at low temperature (15 / 17°) in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes

Slightly pink colour. Fine and fruity nose. Fresh, elegant and aromatic wine on the palate, offering delicate flavours and a very gourmet finish.
