Vinification

Direct pressing, traditional vinification. Fermentation with constant temperature control (15 / 18°), to obtain maximum fruit and freshness. Followed by maturing on fine lees.

Tasting notes

Yellow colour with green highlights. Powerful and intense nose, very Sauvignon-like. It releases rich aromas of freshly cut grass, with a delicate blend of pleasant vegetal notes. A frank attack, this lively and full Sauvignon develops beautiful fruity flavours and offers a pleasant length on the palate.
